Cornhusker United Way
Policies and Procedures
Cornhusker United Way strives to be a model of diversity and inclusion, with our board and volunteers reflecting the many faces, cultures and walks of life that make up the communities we serve. We respect, value, and celebrate the unique attributes, characteristics and perspectives that make each person who they are. We believe that bringing diverse individuals together allows us to collectively and more effectively address the issues that face our communities.
Dimensions of diversity in any program or activity conducted or funded by the Cornhusker United Way include, but are not limited to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance programs, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.
It is our aim, therefore, that our partners, strategies, and investments reflect these core values.
